The S.O.G. Crew (Thump Records/ Universal Music Group) will be on tour making a stop at Pinedale Glory Road Ministries in Pinedale, NM thanks to Pastor Delbert Nez from the Navajo Nation. The 4th Annual Camp Meeting will take place on Thursday, June 28th. Local Ministers, Stephen Williams from Oklahoma, and Lezette Garza from Indio will be singing praise and worship while Dr. Robert ‘Battle Ax’ Ornelas gives the word of God to the Navajo community.

I am blessed to know that my longtime friend and legendary Native Guitarist Steve Williams will be rocking out with us that evening. We have worked with Steve for years in Oklahoma, North Dakota, New Mexico, Montana, California, and Arizona doing revivals and camp meetings throughout Indian Country. We want to encourage the entire community to bring their kids and grandchildren that day. God is going to touch all our little Navajo brothers and sisters that night,” said Ornelas
Navaho, Navajo: Diné or Naabeehó) are a Native American people of the Southwestern United States. At more than 300,000 enrolled tribal members as of 2015, the Navajo Nation is the second largest federally recognized tribe in the U.S. (the Cherokee Nation being the largest) and has the largest reservation in the country. The reservation straddles the Four Corners region and covers more than 27,000 square miles of land in Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico. The Navajo language is spoken throughout the region, with most Navajos speaking English, as well.
The states with the largest Navajo populations are Arizona (140,263) and New Mexico (108,306). Over three-quarters of the Navajo population reside in these two states. Thousands of Navajos also live in California.
